What is included in my order?

Each kit includes high-quality ABS bricks developed by Labriquederêve®, an iconic box, a limited-edition sticker pack that changes depending on the season, and a digital instruction manual for seamless assembly.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on the delivery country. Orders take 2 to 5 business days to process.

I can't find my instructions

We provide digital instructions that you can access by scanning the QR code on your packaging. Simply use your smartphone or tablet to scan the QR code and you will be directed to the digital instructions for your game.

If you are unable to locate the QR code or are having difficulty accessing the digital instructions, please email us at contact@labriquedereve.fr with your order number and the specific model you require instructions for. We will be happy to assist you and provide the necessary instructions.

There are missing/defective pieces on my Dream Brick set

We sincerely apologize if you have experienced issues with missing or defective pieces in your Minibricks set. While this is rare, we want to ensure you have a complete and enjoyable building experience. If you believe pieces are missing or have identified defective pieces, please follow these steps:

1. Check your entire set again.

2. If you are certain that parts are missing or defective, take screenshots of the instructions and clearly indicate the specific parts that are problematic or that you need.

3. Send us the images, along with your order number, to contact@labriquedereve.fr

This will help us identify the problem more accurately and speed up the replacement process.
