My order has not yet been shipped:
If your order has not yet shipped, please be aware that we are currently experiencing a high volume of orders, which may result in longer processing times. Please be assured that we are working diligently to ship your orders as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience during this time.

My tracking number is not working / not updating:
If your tracking number is not working, please note that it may take a few days for your tracking information to update. In some cases, it may not be updated until the barcode has been scanned by your local carrier. We recommend waiting a while and checking back later to see if your tracking information has been updated.

I can't find the instructions:
We provide digital instructions that you can access by scanning the QR code on your packaging.
Simply use your smartphone or tablet to scan the QR code and you will be directed to your game's digital instructions.
If you are unable to locate the QR code or have difficulty accessing the digital instructions, please email us at contact@labriquedereve.fr
by stating your order number and the specific model you need instructions for. We will be happy to assist you and provide the necessary instructions.

There are missing or defective pieces in my brick set:
We sincerely apologize if you have experienced issues with missing or defective pieces in your Dream Brick set. While this is rare, we want to ensure you have a complete and enjoyable building experience. If you believe pieces are missing or have identified defective pieces, please follow these steps:
1. Check your entire game again.
2. If you are certain that parts are missing or defective, take screenshots of the instructions and clearly indicate the specific parts that are problematic or that you need.
3. Send us the images, along with your order number, to contact@labriquedereve.fr
This will help us identify the problem more accurately and speed up the replacement process.
Please be assured that we will promptly review the issue and provide you with the missing or replacement parts needed to complete your build.

Do you make custom designs?
We currently do not create custom models. However, we always welcome feedback from our community, so feel free to contact us on our social media channels (@labriquedereve) or share a photo of the car you dream of building. We welcome your comments and ideas!
